True enough, post edited to reflect that.
(Does the game run at 1080p on consoles, I wonder?  The screenshots that are in the zipfile posted elsewhere are 1920x1080, although that means little in the end.)

There's nothing else we can get from the console so unless people are willing to drudge through vague erf files I wouldn't expect anything more from the demo.

A quick look at the erf files hints that these are some of the gifts for the companions. Take this as extreme speculation:

Anders: Key + an amulet
Aveline: Shield
Fenris: Book + a sword
Isabela: Ship?! + a talisman
Merrill: Halla?! + a ring
Sebastian: Bow

If anyone wants to see for themselves then open up - Program Files>Dragon Age 2 Demo>modules>campaign_base>data>designerplots in wordpad/notepad and search "gift".

I forgot to say thank you. You've been working tiredlessly digging out all the info. No, not eveyone who drop by here like them, but I certainly love all of them to bits and now can't wait for the game release.

No, I don't know any shady retailer that well to get a copy.

If you'll take notice, A: Look at his armor nice and close, then look at the game that 1up has. While DA2 may not have the best graphics out there, the inside collar of his armor is far too pixelated; as well, he has no eyebrows. 

Which means this is likely to be an earlier version of Zevran. An earlier version that may have indeed been scrapped, and redone, and may not be the final, definitive version of Zevran. There's still hope!

There also may be a chance of someone having a copy of the PC DAII, and while not being able to play it, hacking through the files and importing scripts and faces in to a different program to fiddle with like we did with the demo.
