It all makes sense now! Unless Carver is your friend Meredith turns him into a Templar to kill Mage Hawke! Thats why its so easy for him to be rival and hard to get to friend!

Guy in armor kneeling is Carver with a helmet! His armor was from exagerated part

I'll never avoid spoilers.

I avoided spoilers for DAO by barely following the game at all.  I literally thought that Ostagar was the endgame and the whole plot of Origins was preparing Ostagar for  the final battle.  Actually Awakenings kinda turned out to have - in a vague sense - the story my completely unspoiled self thought Origins would have had.  

You just have to, you know, not visit the forums at all, vaguely pay attention to reviews and previews - and just get the game you figure you're more likely than not to enjoy.  DA2 will be the first Bioware game I've actively followed on the forums.

I don't know about the Doctor, but I know I'll never avoid spoilers because I always end up seeking them out. "Just one more spoiler, that's it!" indeed.

Thankfully, spoilers don't really hinder my enjoyment of a game that I'm actively looking for spoilers for. I wasn't for Red Dead Redemption, and I ended up getting spoiled about the ending from a friend. That sucked.

Even with the Rede Dead Redemption situation.

I checked.
Only romance flags for Isabela and Merill for Male Hawke.

Please remember that Bioware confirmed the Isabela romance! I think this is simply proof that the demo is using an old build.

Its more likely that is wheel is specificly for one either Anders or Fenris confronts you about flirting with both of them at the same time and forces you to pick between them. Theres likely similar ones with Isabela and a rival.

Wait, when did Bioware confirm Isabella as the F/F LI? I know it seemed obvious she was the option but I'd like to know.

King of the Hill (10 points): Defeated the Arishok.
Conqueror (15 points): Defeated Meredith, knight-commander of Kirkwall's templars.
Arcane Defender (25 points): Sided with the mages five times.

Thanks. I'm trying to figure out how to activate the console though. I created a shortcut, and added -enabledeveloperconsole at the end, and assigned the console command key to "`". But nothings happening.

very interesting sidebit, you can use the debug console to add party members.....I went through the starting area with isabelle in my party for example. >>
