Look at the PDF linked on the last page, there is a section concerning romances that mentions Sebastian.

Sigh.  He's chaste.  That's what I suspected, but so cruel, Bioware.  So cruel.

Follow the link above and just dl the first pdf file (the largest one ~16MB, I think).  It's about 12 double pages long and contains all the other dl pages listed.
