Did he have a different version? And did he play through with Sebastian, because I would think you aren't allowed to download him early?

Unless she turns into that crazy girl from the mage tower in DA:O that wanted to kill/tranquil herself.

I'm torn about whether I should let Carver become a templar to give some explanation as to why my mage might side with them. I remember David saying that some decisions would cause a follower to hate you regardless of whether you had full rivalry/friendship with them. I think siding with the mages would be one of those decisions for Fenris.

Hey spoiler thread, in light of some of the guide being shown, I have a question. Is the romance finalized near the end of DA2 right before the "Calm Before the Storm" (as in consumating wise)? Like in ME2? I can't say I like that very much. Though I should be alright if we get to kiss them or show some sort of affection long before that.

Yeah, someone pointed this at 4chan too. Another fact that led me to think that he didn't say the truth.
Not that I have problem with that, but something seem not fitting in the story.

No idea if he is supposed to have pirated it or not. Earlier in this thread, Perfect Kenshin said he has the game already, as a friend of his sold it to him early. We started asking him questions, but then he poofed! I don't know if he got scared of the rabid fans hounding him, or he is just busy playing the game. Personally, I know what I would be doing if I had the game.

edit: Someone also said that if you go to where you confront Aveline in Hightown about the Qunari in the demo, Meredith appears after a while with glowing red eyes. So, his part about Meredith getting possessed by the amulet is a lie, also. I tried that myself and Meredith did pop up after a while.

Not necessarily. It is possible that he was sold a copy when he should not have been. It happens.

I'm assuming that you can hook up and do romancey stuff with your LI throughout the game but the Calm Before the Storm thing is the final emotional scene because I highly doubt a possible commited 10-year-long relationship will be without boinking.

I hope he is. Wasn´t exactly thrilled by the spoilers, especially Flemeth´s "big" plan.

The demo obviously does not have all the resources the full game will have and some scripts will be broken or bugged in the demo.

I think this 4chan guy is accurate in his claims. If I remember correctly a reviewer said that something he did with the amulet on Sundermont changed his Hawke, but it might not change your Hawke. That coincides with the 4chan guy saying you can unlock special powers for your mage Hawke through the amulet.

Me too. I am also inclined to think some of the 4chan stuff is garbage, but maybe not all.

The first paragraph was a bit convinving to me, but the rest leaked of BS.


On the "Calm before the storm" thing: I just hope that to get the achievement(s) we won't have to wait til that point what with having so many love interest options. Also, it does suck if you can't show any form of blatant affection before that point, it feels more contrived to me at that point.

It does NOT have the full resources, but why else would Meredith appear in Hightown at random after an event? A cutscene must trigger, and it obviously doesn't happen in end-game. The thread also ended up dying and the guy from 4chan never posted any screenshots to prove his facts.

I'll wait till I get the game, then believe it. 4chan is known for a bunch of BS theories. So I'm not so naive to believe it.

In all honesty, were 4 days away from the game. BioWare are probably laughing at all the myth and "supposed" information (hey, I'm not saying if it's real or not, I don't know,) and are sitting in their office with a

Agreeing. I always hated the big sexin' right before battle on ME and ME2. I hope they didn't rinse and repeat with DA2.
