Hey spoiler thread, in light of some of the guide being shown, I have a question. Is the romance finalized near the end of DA2 right before the "Calm Before the Storm" (as in consumating wise)? Like in ME2? I can't say I like that very much. Though I should be alright if we get to kiss them or show some sort of affection long before that.

I'm assuming that you can hook up and do romancey stuff with your LI throughout the game but the Calm Before the Storm thing is the final emotional scene because I highly doubt a possible commited 10-year-long relationship will be without boinking.

That is what I hope. We can have a bed scene among other things then right before "Calm Before the Storm" there will be an extra, more emotional bedplay scene. So we get more than one! I hope. From the screenshots, they seem to be more tastefully done.
Anders only has 30 years. He should spend that 10 in my Hawke's bed!

Kinda like when you killed either Isolde or Connor in Redcliffe, and Alistair screamed at you, and if you didn't choose the right options, he lost a whole lot of approval...  He's live there since he was a little boy, the people that are there are like a second family to him.

Alistair is dead in my playthrough, so I tried to ****** him off as much as I could, in the end I had -100 disposition.

The amulet is an ancient elven artifact that allows the binding of spirits. Flemeth gave her soul to the amulet. (This is why she is weak enough for the Warden to kill in part 1. It's only touched on briefly. And what you kill in Origins is pretty much a meat sack. So Hawke runs around with the essence of Flemeth in an amulet, volatile and unknown.)
At the end of the game, Flemeth comes out of the amulet and posesses Meredith in an attempt to gain control of the Templars so she can opress Mages and be the only magic ruler left in Thedas.)

Thoughts?

I thought sebastian quit the chantry after his family was assassinated

Yes, I think it would ****** him off alot. :innocent:

Actually, I'm a little worried about all the relationship juggling that will have to be dealt with, if a PC desires any friendships or romance at all. It will probably take at least 3-4 playthroughs to attain any level of satisfaction in that regard.

I had read somewhere (a while back, I don't remember where this was from) that Flemeth wanted the Old God Baby so that she could possess it later on it it's life... Using it for some purpose... And her end goal is to somehow break into the Golden/Black City... I don't know how much of that I believe. Maybe someone else read what I read and can explain it better.
