Why is Carver such a dick? ._.
I'm tempted to take him to the Deep Roads, and let him die from the taint. Or better yet, when he's a templar so my Mage Hawke will have an excuse to kill him.

I wonder if Merrill is the only companion Carver will actually like. He seems to have somewhat of an understanding with Varric, but it's hardly amiable.

That merchant has the same voice as Riordan from DA:O.
