Morrigan because she's just awesomely evil, witty and best-dressed.  Alistair because he's just so -able, innocent and a perfect tank.  I would also say Anders, but he's already in DA2.

I hope Oghren doesn't come back.  His behavior was wearing thin by the time I got to Awakenings.

I don't know, it's just... I found them to be the most enjoyable companions there. Their lines either funny, intriguing and in some cases a bit dramatic.

Leliana <3 Allthough in most of my games she is wandering all around Thedas with her warden having a bit of fun after all that hard work. So maybe she's not in best position to come and help Marian.

And reason why? She could read phone book to me and I would just listen it happily. That giggle... melt...

I'd love to have Alistair back, but he is married to my Warden (who lived) and I want him to stay with her. I'd have to say Morrigan (and OGB), because, damn, that would be a lot of fun to see how her and Flemeth get along after the whole grimore thing.

Shale to be honest, i liked how she had her own mind and always responded in a sarcastic manner. The other character become a little dull after having their friendship meter high, but Shale is still being a **** and i like that.

Would have to be leliana, she had one sexy voice imo. Alistair was too much of a winy ****. Morrigan was too moody, Sten and Oghren were both annoying. Zevren was pretty funny I thought but he ticked me off in awakenings by nicking my sword (lol). I would seriously loved to carry my Warden over though, one major badass.

Leliana for me. I loved the way she was written and voice acted. The scene where she sings is fantastic despite the graphics engine not being able to lip sync.It's a difficult choice though as I felt all the characters were well realised.
