Allistair. My road dog. My homeboy. He would have followed my Warden to he@$ and back. If Hawke proved him or herself to him or her, Im sure he'd be just as loyal.

The Mage who joins your party to help storm the tower of Ishal in order to light the beacon. Flemeth didn't even bother to save him, just our protagonist & Alistair, just to be lost and forgotten as a simple battle of Ostagar henchman.

*SPOILERS FOR DA:O*
by the end of the game, if you either kill him in your duel, or sacrifice him in the very end, he goes through a lot of growth. he honestly seems to repent and feel at peace. I think it'd be cool if they brought him back, at least as an NPC in a quest. At most, maybe an undead companion (why not lets go crazy). his skill tree involved summoning undead minions of various strength, putting up bone walls/prisons...oh wait, I'm describing the Diablo 2 Necromancer
