I've got 2 Bioware Social accounts, and 2 EA Accounts. There was a period of time between buying Mass Effect 2 for the 360 and buying Dragon Age Ultimate Edition on the PC. Since then I've made a new e-mail/EA-Account and loaded it up with other various EA games, totally forgetting that the old one was linked to the Bioware account.
Basically, I registered the Dragon Age DLC code to the old account to get the Mass Effect 2 armor since my Live account was stuck on there for the time being. I had quite a few games on my newer EA account so I figured I'd get everything (basically my Xbox Live account) off of the old account, and onto the new one. That went through just fine, Xbox live account and Mass Effect 2 DLC rights are now on my new e-mail address, but my assumption that the Dragon Age DLC rights would be transferred over to the new account as well seems to be wrong. Now I've got an old account with absolutely nothing but my Dragon Age account and DLC rights.
So does anyone know if it's possible to transfer the Dragon Age DLC rights off of the old account? Where should I go? Who do I PM? Where do I post? I'm just looking to get everything off my old account, get rid of any discrepancy between this confusing EA/Bioware account shenanigans and get rid of any future issue with Dragon Age 2 or Mass Effect 3 DLC and save files.

DLC isn't transferred, the rights are. Either nothing was transferred or you are doing something wrong. The people to talk to are EA live support but that's where I'd tell you to go to move your Gamertag as well -- how did you go about that?

I sent an E-mail to EA support via the "Contact Us" button. My Xbox Live account and all it's associated DLC rights were transferred. But on the Bioware Social Website when I go to 'Registered Game Promotions', all the Dragon Age DLC is still attached to the old account, I assume it's because it's attached to the Bioware Social site, and not the EA account. It probably wasn't automatically transferred with the Xbox Live account, because it's not attached to an Xbox Live account as PC DLC.
