There is no real indication to him liking men other than Interpretation, but there is clear evidence he likes women. 

Doesn't Zevran remark at a couple of points that Fereldans are uptight about that sort of thing and more likely to be bothered? I don't remember the whole conversation, but since I've just recruited him in my current playthrough I can probably check. I'm pretty sure there are references to Ferelden being a bit more "old-fashioned" than he's used to.

The devs have said it's a "really? that's weird..." thing, but nothing they concern themselves with. To the point that even though it's obvious Wade and Herron are a couple, you have absolutely no option to really say anything about it.

OK, finally had some time for Photoshop... I manipulated the image a bit, I don't know about you guys but there are some serious artifacts in this pic (around the hair, the neck area... etc), but there's also some serious detail, some things were not visible in the original pic, if it was indeed a fake I don't think anyone would go that far to make it look real... I still can't make up my mind about it, but I'm leaning towards the real camp now.



I hope the thread doesn't derail into a debat about sexual orientations and even though I'm hetrosexual I have no problem at all with people having different orientations, it was (is) a light-hearted thread and please let's keep it that way.

You clearly said that if all LI were bi that you would be happy that all those fox news and praying people would be sad, Implying that the only people who care about that viewpoint are fox news and Praying people.

Just because you tip toe around saying something offensive dosen't make it alright. Take responsibility for your words and clarify if you don't mean what your originally implied.

You really aren't taking my advice about my posts, huh? Again. More shallow than pudding. Its hard to have serious discussions on BSN when, quite frankly,
3.most of the posts take themselves too seriously. I've just about given up trying, so my posts are not typically serious nor do I care for those that are. 1.But feel free to correct my grammar, I love free English lessons.

2.There is also the point that the writing team may not have wanted to cast him as homosexual in Awakenings. It is possible they had already intended on placing him in DA2, and weren't interested in any bisexual options. Its possible they changed their minds in DA2s writing process, realized the popularity of more M/M options, saw that there was an opportunity to take his character in that direction, and penned it accordingly.

4.I'm more interested in the writing process as opposed to the Fantasy Personality Canon of Characters Who Are Exactly This Way Because I Played The DLC And I Know Them Better Than You Due To Short Dialogue Trees.

1.I wasn't correcting your grammar, I simply said i dislike your grammar but did not change it. No Correcting involved

2.Then Rewriting him as a Bi would anger me greatly, Rewriting a character to appease fan intrest is a copout. They should have introduced a new romance such as Sebastian as MM if they wanted that. Not rewrite one we already knew as someone else. 

3.Take responsiblity for your words. Others will hold you responsible for them despite whether or not the post is Serious.

K, Do w/e you want. But don't expect me to stand by Idle when you start screaming racial slurs(example) and insulting people. Because if you don't take responsibility others will.

Alistair is definitely straight.
Anders really did come off... not exactly the straight and narrow. Just IMO.
Just because they have very close/similar personalities doesn't mean there wasn't something to it to change the tone of said personality.

They seemed nearly carbon copies(personality wise) to me.
I saw Sarcastic/joking, But i never saw falming for the majiority of his conversations are solemn about him being in the tower locked up ect....Then he tells a joke about evil cats. Very similar to how allistar would talk about being a templar all sad and what not then make a joke about the cool outfits.
