Hi.

So I dont remember the password to my old email(the actual hotmail account) so i want to change my Bioware account to the new email. Is that possible? I looked through edit profile but was only able to change password. Even though i changed my email for the EA account, the BioWare account still has my old email.

So is it possible to update my email?

When you've changed your e-mail address at EA's site you have to logout here, then login with the new e-mail address. It may take a couple of tries before the new login works.
