I know the info from DA:O that you import into DA2 is minimal, but I was wondering if there's any more info about this.
  • Do we know any of the specific choices that get imported?
  • Is anything imported from DLC content or Awakenings, or is everything just from the base game?
  • Are there any bonuses for importing?  (Like in Mass Effect you go some money or resources for importing)
  • Can you only import from a completed DA:O game?  Can you import if you were only half-way through DA:O?

That's all I can think of at the moment.  If anyone has any other import questions, please discuss :)

1. Yes. Who you put on the throne, how you killed the Archdemon, the Warden's Origin. Everything else is an unknown.
2. DLC decisions are yes.
3. Yes - you get an achievement for one playthrough instead of two. Gameplay perks are unconfirmed.
4. Only from the complete game.

The next question is how many inconsistencies (probably caused by) bugs will be created upon importing?

If it is like Origin/Awakening's Importing, you can import from any previous save.  You just have to use the "Advance" button.

Any decisions that has not yet been set would just be defeaulted.

Heh, my Warden became the prince-consort, maintained his romance with a hardened Leliana and left with her, and went through the mirror with Morrigan. I wonder who he'll end up with...
