It seems that I can kill Hurlocks quite quickly at lvl21 and im just wondering if i messed up my game with mods or if this is normal.

Do you mean hurlocks or genlocks? Anyway I think that's pretty normal.

There are some fights near the end of the game where they throw very weak darkspawn at you. Pretty much everyone kills those in one hit.

You are level 21, which is around the level most people are when they reach those fights. But some characters like 2h warriors can often kill them in one hit before that point.

LOL sorry yes that what i meant, okay thanks, just i hadnt seen them in a while and all of a sudden i was mowing them down , it was like the car scene from army of darkness

Those encounters are specificly designed that way to give you a sense of being a god on the battlefield. The result, however, is just the opposite. Making the encounters trivial in nature.
