For the unlock weapon, where is it saved? is it within the demo? or on BW servers? i wanna know so i can delete the Demo file (i like to keep things clean)

You can delete the demo if you want. Just make sure before that Hayder's Razor appears in the "your registered game promotions" page of your account. You'll be able to download the file once the full game is released.
