It doesn't say anything about 1 mil. impressions on the Item pic, only 50000 "Share" per day. What is right?

Impressions, which means how many people see the link. Over a million people have to see the link in your feed and they can be repeats.

Well...

a. It IS a big PR scheme.  Hence the whole "Hey guys: promote this" angle.
b. You don't.
c. You're never gonna know one way or the other, because there's no way for any of us to track FB impressions ourselves.

i cant do this one... dragon age is maybe my favorite game but im not proud of sitting and spending 50+ hours on a playthrough (or playing a fantasy game at all) so i cant let my friends know how much i love this game... as far as they know its all ncaa football 2011 and nba2k11.... still i hope we get this. ha

I don't buy it. The counter was supposedly spammed repeatedly, so there's the excuse for 850k suddenly becoming 1million... if the counter was flawed, then we should not question the final count. Yeah, okay. So how could they have launched this new promo without us reaching 1 million? I don't trust this at all. Even if it's legit, I'm not doing this because I don't want anything to do with facebook.

Sadly, I won't participate in the FaceBook challenge. (But if we win I won't use the item as that wouldn' t be fair.)

Old has nothing to do with it For me it is more my impression that FaceBook is for peeping what other peoples do... especial good for journalists an peoples living like paparazzies. In this electronic age I put down electrinic footprints all over, driving along a road, being counted and numberplates read, making a phonecall, being put into some sort of memory... SO WHY should I freely put myself on a peeping page.

Uh, its a way for friends to let others know whats going on in their lives. You can't always be 100% connected to everyone. There's other things you can do as well. It's very useful.
