I'm curious about that. It makes no difference in the end for us players (though it's clearly confusing the hell out of a bunch of people in the meantime), but was there actually some practical reason for you guys doing the 3rd tome this way?

No they probably just didn't consider putting it on our entitlements page as a priority, which it wasn't.

You are misreading it. He says it will be there for the game launch, meaning: "Don't worry, it will show up on your entitlements page by the time the game launches."
