Like I (and several others) mentioned, the PS3 and Xbox numbers weren't getting added over the weekend.  I'm betting that's what pushed us over the top when they came into work this morning.

I totally agree with some of you here... this is going too far.
It all seems like they are trying to terrorize the completionists(yo i'm one of em)... why do you force us to do so mutch to get all items possible?
Oh if only there was 2 versions of the games... a standard and a collector edition which got a ton of extra stuff. No need to spread everything around the planet. ';..;'

And then we have your new facebook game Dragon Age: Legends which you can't even complete in a few hours because you have to wait for the energy bar to fill up again so you can click forward... i won't even get into the micro-transaction items either. Facebook is great and all but it's really the devil in a good looking cover.

After having read some of the earlier posts that were moaning and complaining and whining about this advertisement, I decided to make this.

This is how marketing goes. Or, in other words, viral marketing. Of sorts, that is.

Facebook is an excellent way to let more people know of your game. And other than these forums, people will also use Facebook to give their feedback and opinions on BioWare's games.

So yeah, this is an excellent strategy. Perhaps not the most smart one, but it works.

Square Enix thought FF should become an MMO too and look at what happened. Well not that XIII was anything great to begin with.

Anyway, a lot of what we enjoy about dragon age is due to how much your decisions impact the game. Good luck putting that into an MMO. Sure I guess the lore of DA and ME could make for MMO environments but still feels like more harm than benefit would be done.
I mean they added more action and changed the artstyle and look at all the rage they are getting for that, even though the tactical play is still there and everything looks more fluid.
