I have completed the demo and have not received an in game item (it does not appear in my entitlements). Is there any possible fix for this (or someone I can contact?)

When I complete the demo, which I have multiple times am I suppose to see something in the demo or do i check online in few hours and it will be in my profile?

Most likely he wasn't because it keeps disconnecting him before the end of the demo. Much like myself and some of the others that have been posting in the main thread about this. Beating the demo umpteenth times only to be logged out before the end is getting frustrating.
