Hey, I've just tried to buy some Bioware points, but things seemed to go weird after trying to return to your site. Paypal seems to think things had gone through, but my account here says things are 'pending' Don't get that. *sigh*

Anywho, happy to help with any further details needed

 I am having much the same issue. According to the live chat person I just talked with, EA is doing some updates on their database. They should be done (according to the live chat rep) in about 3-4 hours, at which time customer service can go in and fix things - or hopefully things will just go through instead of hanging in 'pending' limbo.

Well, if the server's now up, I've still got nothing. *sigh* Thanks, Harpalyce, but can some tech people help please?

When I talked to tech support at http://support.ea.co...at/chat_landing last night, they seemed to indicate that they could easily fix the problem if the database was up. I've got to dash so I can't get it sorted out right now myself, but I hope that helps you, at least. Ganbatte!
