Well, well, I do not know if somebody else has noticed that most of the names in DA series are related to celtic, britanian and irish mythology. I am not sure if this is deliberated, but it must be, isn't it? For instance: Morrigan is the celtic goddess of war and death (and motherhood), but also Taliesin is the name of a famous britanian bard (i think from the VIth century, not sure right now), or Owein, which was a knight in king Arthur's court. There are also many examples of this kind of names slightly changed, for instance in Connobar's story: there is an king named Conchobar in irish tradition; or even Loghain, which is related to the wheel of time, yes, but maybe the original name comes from Loegaire, another famous irish warrior...
