Hi, I'm trying to purchase DLC for ME2 and every time I get asked to login, so I do so and just end up going round in circles - login, click DLC, click buy now (PC), prompted to login again... repeat. I even had to login twice to be able to post this message.
Also, I got an error back from Paypal the first time I tried to purchase 1600 Bioware points. I have an email confirmation from Paypal that the transaction went through so they have taken my money, however I don't have the 1600 points showing up on my account here. If someone from Bioware could contact me about getting this resolved that would be great, thanks.

PS: I get an error that I "cannot access this restricted area" while trying to post this message. I've not had any problems with other web forms or forums that require login, so I guess it's unique to this site.

Problems with purchasing Bioware points should go to this forum. If you cannot find your answer there, I suggest either EA Support or a PM to a forum administrator.
