1.All new companions and dialoge.
2.Fast-paced combat, which looks great.
3.Long span of events - you get to see your character through 10 years of his/her life.

Dislikes
1.I cannot play my Warden or get any significant input about her/his wareabouts and wellbeing.  /cry
2.One of Hawke's siblings must always die.
3.If the game really feels *that* short, that would be pretty sad.

Like:
- Well written characters and i presume story.
- Friendship/rivalry system.
- The idea of Frame Narrative.

Dislike:
- Absence of skills
- Absence of the isometric camera.
- Unable to change armor & weapons to our NPCs.

I haven't included the repetitive dungeons that all the reviews brag about, since i haven't played the game yet, but if that's the case, i might dislike it as well.

also i didnt like at all Hawke's reaction to the death of his/her sibling, but i hope its a single incident

Finally, i was hopping for a more "dark" sequel, artistic and storywise.

3. General art style

Dislike:
1. Not seeing the Hawkes in Lothering, making sibling death moot
2. No fancy kill animations, hurlocks just explode
3. Pearly white teeth, that look like corn kernels, Cassandra I'm looking at you

Likes (probably top likes)
- Kate Mulgrew!
- the new XP system
- bi LIs, which gives the game greater plausibility (plus fun of course!)

Dislikes (which might be my top dislikes):
- Getting stuck with a human
- The more cartoonish art style, which gives it a more generic-video-game look
- The reputedly disappointing ending that hits you after such a short game (ok, I snuck two in here)

- seeing another part of Thedas ... geographically and story wise.
- Rivalry / Friendship ... just like the concept of the Origins introduced in DA:O is sounds really nice
- Framed Narrative ... concept sounds interesting and the Demo makes it seem interesting

Dislikes:
- Combat Speed / Combat ... gone too much in the "speed" and "awesomeness" direction, aka 1 or 2 steps too far
- no DW or Arcane warrior for the sake of making each base class more unique
- new Graphic style (aka Darkspawn, etc.) ... I don't mean quality or level of detail so

Combat is more fluid however it's not visually as impressive as DA, makes the game seem more like a cheap console hack n slash.

Cross classing appears to have gone which is a HUGE HUGE mistake as it add many many possibilties to the player and replayabilty value.

Game seems to have had a labotomy in many respects and has been dumbed down which is a very bad thing, I suspect in attempt to try make the game converge to the console market.

- New rogue gameplay. I can't decide between archer or dual-wield since they both seem so OMGWTFFUN.

- Voiced Protagonist. At first I was meh about the decision, but now I'm looking forward to it.

- Romance options. Srsly. I like them all. They're all getting their own playthroughs.

Dislikes: (Perhaps 'fears' would be more appropriate here.)

- The time jumps. I'm a bit worried about how many there's going to be and how they're implemented. (Flowing with the story as opposed to 'OK SO THIS AND THIS HAPPENED NOW AND YOU ARE HERE'.)

- From the (very limited) gameplay footage that I've seen, it seems as if there's often times where the dialogue seems clunky, like there's big gaps between the person-you're-speaking-to's dialogue and the time where the dialogue wheel will come up. There's a few instances of that in Mass Effect, and it was annoying when it happened.

- Starting straight from the destruction of Lothering. I think that seeing your home the way it was before, getting to interact with your family even a tiny bit, seeing the darkspawn horde approaching, etc etc would have given the player a stronger emotional connection to fleeing and potential sibling death. I understand why it was done this way, I just would have preferred the other.

1. It's a Bioware game, so I trust that the storytelling, main plot, and my character's role in it will be solid and engaging.
2. A 10 year span of gametime is great, it's nice to be able to experience the results of my earlier actions and not have to just see them or read about them in an end game cinematic or slideshow.
3. Archery seems better, and much more fun. Having enemies stumble and recoil when struck by an arrow or bolt is a welcome touch.
And a bonus like:
4. I love that mages can actually thwack people with their staff now when they get too close. it just plain makes sense. Oh, and friendship/rivarly. This sounds like a great change.
Dislikes:
1. The over the top combat animations, super speed, and abandonment of all combat realism. Running 20 feet in the blink of an eye to hit someone, and rogues teleporting, flipping around incessantly, and kicking bottles that somehow don't break when you kick them but do when they hit the ground doesn't work for me.
2. The overall new graphic style. It doesn't look terrible, but DA:O's more realisitc style made the world seem believeable to me. The new Hurlocks, however, do look terrible..
3. DA2's version of the dialogue wheel seems more like a roulette wheel. You can make an educated guess as to what you think each choice means, and then hope what Hawke says ends up being close to what you hope/assume it will.
And a bonus dislike:
4. The first time I heard "Another Wave!!" yelled by male Hawke, it seemed like he was warning me and everyone to be ready for a fight. The 20th time I heard it, it sounded more like he was mocking the game's use of video game cliche endless waves. I don't think it was intended to cause that reaction. It's easily the most annoying piece of voicework i've heard for a pre-battle cry. Or ever, now that I think about it. Femhawke's version isn't so bad.

Difficult to say until I get the main game. But based on the little I know from the demo and gameplay footage...

Likes
Fast combat since I can still pause and micromanage when I want to.
The longer timespan of events which makes a change.
Friendship/Rivalry sounds better than the previous influence system although I'll reserve final judgment for how it works out in practice.

Dislikes
Sarcastic responses from the demo seemed overacted to me although the others were OK.
Shorter length of game.
Can't change companion outfits.

As for others ? who knows.

Sorry, that's not confirming anything.

You could flirt with Jack, Tali, Samara and Kelly in ME2 but it didn't unlock Paramour achievement.

Fact:  BW have not confirmed if s/s is in.

1. Mages as a whole.  Loved them in Origins, but love them even more now.
2. The new combat system.  Fast-paced and in your face.
3. The "Mass Effectifying" of the game as a whole.

Dislikes
1. The echoes in the opening seem "unnatural" and cut off abruptly instead of "fading" like a real echo.
2. Garret's (default) eyes arent as cool as Marian's.  Hoping I can pick some eyes even half a blue as hers.
3.  The HORRID cool down timer for the Heal spell (<---My biggest complaint)

Of course, this is all based off of the demo so the "dislikes" may or may not change once the full game is released.

Like:
1). Flemeth, Anders, and Fenris.
2). The fluidity of the combat.
3). What is shaping up to be both a more personal and more political story, instead of defeating "the big bad."

Dislike
1). The "dashing around" on the field during battles. This happened when I took control of Aveline in the demo, and I was taken aback.
2). Not being able to change companion armor.
3). The sibling death scene.

Like and dislike:
1). The graphics. At times it reminds me to a Quentin Tarantino movie (good thing), and at other times it just seems "off."
2. The shorter length. Origins needed some trimming, but I always hate when these games end.

2. no more generic medieval armor, new own style
3. The gothic comic style of narration videos

Dislike:
1. the exploding bodies death animations. They either explode or tumble to death.
2. that the game doesn't start with character creation
3. that they announced on January 12, 2011 that you can switch between english and german language in the german version. I pre-ordered the english SE in UK (GAME), now i don't get the Fadeshear/L.o.O. DLC (UK only) and have to wait up to 5 days longer for the game.

been avoiding this topic since I was having a hard time coming up with things I dislike and hard to pick 3 things I like amongst the sea of stuff. But here goes...

Likes:
1. New combat 'mechanics', the way stats are handled in general, it's a bit more complex now which I love.
2. Skill Webs! More **** for everyone all around, less repetitive stuff so its all useful and unique.
3. The unique Companion only stuff, Armor (which is still customizable stat wise), There own unique Skill Web that kind of stuff.

Dislikes:
1. That 1 sibling just abruptly dies before you can get attached, kinda kills the impact. And that its tied to class choice is kind of silly but I realize its for story reasons.
2. The lack of actual normal-base attack kill animations, and that more often then not (minus a few special skills) they just blow up instead. That's a bit silly and a bit disapointing, but reminds me of Infinity engine games like BG heh.
3. not starting with character creation is also a bit of a downer but something I can live with. I understand the choice but think starting off with combat the way they do is enough to fulfill what they wanted, if it was class/Gender -> Facial Generation -> Combat, I'd ultimately be a lot happier and would better fulfill, I think anyways, there goal of keeping new RPG fans engaged immediately. With out throwing stats in there face from the getgo. and to a lesser degree not getting to pick lvl 1 stuff but thats no biggy.

-edit-
With the number 3 thing if you think about it other non-RPG that have facial generation do it at the beginning to. Sports games with it like Boxing, martial art/wrestling stuff if you make custom fighter do it at the beginning. Or even open sandbox GTA-clones that have facial generation (which people love) do it right away. That's not the kinda thing that scares people away (as long as you have quick-presets). It's the stat stuff if they think they need to know it, coupled with some of the slow starts some RPG's have.

1. Non stereotypical dwarfs.
2. The flashback sequence, at least they are trying something non-cliche.
3. No wasted skill choices.

Dislikes:
1. Hawke isn't a lefty. Come on, give us some southpaws somebody to relate to!
2. Lack of Dwarf romance options. It's always the elves that put out. In every fantasy game back to BG2, just lots and lots of elves.
3. No flamethrowers. I've always thought this weapon was woefully underrepresented in fantasy settings.

ok, based only on the Demo and things I have read... (*warning, DA:O spoilers in some details below)

Liked :-

-The new combat system. The faster pace is a nice step up from DA:O, it added a much more aggresive combat dynamic without loosing the core tactical element. The longer cool downs on Healing spells means that Healing will most likely be potion dependent, which removes the almost necessary Mage/healer that was required in most DA:O parties, so letting you build a party you actually want in DA2 rather than feeling forced into taking certain characters to 80% of the fights (Wynne, I am looking at you...)

- The art direction. Yes, I know a lot of people feel this has gone backwards, but I like it, at least as much as DA:O. I just wish I had a PC that could actually run it....

- The changes to relationships. I no longer feel like I am "doing it wrong" if I choose to disagree with a party member. I also love the idea of the whole Love/hate relationships, in that you can have a love interest that is also a Rival. Big step up from DA:O

Disliked :-

- Loss of the isometric view. I used that a lot in DA:O. From the demo, I often felt like I didnt have a good idea of what was going in during combat, mostly down to my limited camera view. Maybe that adds to the "Intense" combat dynamic of DA2, but personally, I will miss it a lot.

- Possible linear story progression. The "Tale across time" is great on paper, BUT, how it is exicuted will decide how well this works. In DA:O I could pretty much take on most of the plot points in the order I saw fit, using a party I wanted to take. I feel that freedom will be lost if  large areas of the story are cut off due to "timing". Will that make the game feel linear and less "Free"? I guess we'll see at launch. Its too soon to really say, but its perhaps my greatest fear for DA2 and links into the next dislike...

- The Loss of party control. Being unable to equip gear on party members how I like is a step backwards. I am also worried about how party members are implimented. For example, In DA:O for the most part you were free to pick any character combo you liked to get the job done (Although a healer was almost a must in most cases) . Sure, some plot points rquired a certain character, but they were not common.  How will the "time-line" based story change that? Are we going to be limited on who we can pick to join us on quests depending on the time-line? After all, our companions are not "with us" in camp anymore...
Related to this, in DA:O we could side against Wynne and kill her, we could leave Sten in the cage, we could refuse to take Liliana, we could kill Zevran...etc etc. Sure there were some "forced" companions like Morrigan and Alistair, but due to the freedom in selecting other characters it never felt like being forced to take those was limiting. Now take a look at DA2 and the Demo... Where was the option to leave behind the Templar and his wife? When Isabela is proven to have held back important information, where was the option to kick her to the curb? We already know Varric is a "shoe in" as he is the narrator and so has been with us for the whole story...I get the feeling we are not going to be able to choose who joins us, and this all adds to the "linear" feeling of my 2nd dislike above and the loss of party control in this one.  That said...I guess i'll have to wait for the live game to tell for sure.

Like:
- Framed Narrative (it's of great potential and I don't doubt BioWare will live up to it)
- General combat revamp (in terms of making warriors and rogues more versatile and capable of combat)
- Friendship/rivalry system and the tone change depending how you start the conversation (May I call it a dynamic conversation system?) along with the compelling supporting characters (Ok, with BioWare there are always interesting, compelling characters in place, like Cassandra for example. So I'm willing to put them on the list in advance)

Dislike
- General combat revamp (in terms of it being way too much versatile, and it tries to look way too "cool" for my taste)
- Voiced protagonist, no Origins, immidiate action instead of setting up the background of the main character
- Less exploration (which is not valid if Kirkwall really changes over the decade and you effectively re-explore it in every episode, but honestly I don't think it will be the case.)

1. Combat animations for the mage are much improved and make for a more interesting experience. Might get repetitive after awhile but it's certainly more interesting than the "point your stick and pew-pew" of DAO mages.
2. The voice-acting for Hawke. I'm comfortable with it the way it was in DAO, but I have a slight preference for it like this (the cinematic or "immersive" experience, what have you).
3. As always, the companions look like they've been created with a lot of attention and love. Still not clear about Carver and Bethany, but if what we've seen of Isabella, Fenris, Varric and Sebastian are any example, I'm quite excited about the companions and party interactions.

Dislikes/Fears
1. Reports of copy-and-pasted interiors. This was a huge problem in ME that was largely fixed in ME2; I hope Bioware hasn't gone the opposite direction and this comment was just made by a dim-witted reviewer.
2. The tweaks to combat that I fear place too much of an emphasis on "kill kill kill" and "something awesome happens". For example, I can now spam fireballs and firestorms on Hard without hurting my teammates. In DAO, I had to be much more careful about placing spells; now I don't have to worry about it. Just blow sh** up. This is a disappointing change to me. (Yes, I know about nightmare. Not...The...Point.)
3. I don't have it yet.
