u can delete this if u want but i just bought a preowned mass effect 2 game and when i try to regester it i cant is it possible to do it or am i screwed like with the comic cause got one even tho gamestop guy siad there was one but never got the code or found it in the case and i do know what a upc code is but it is not letting me regester it so am i screwed

UPC is the bar graph you see on the game case on the insert cover art, on the back cover side. it starts with a 0 and ends in a 0 , I think it is something like 16 characters long or so. You need to type the 0's in as well as the numbers in between. well mine did anyway. even pre-owned should be fine as the UPC code is the same for all games. I bought DA:O used and the UPC code worked fine

The UPC Code will work used.

Enter the number below the barcode on the back of the game case.

Be sure to include the zero at the beginning and the end as ecto69 stated.

What about a New ME2 from gamestop that came in one of their cases with no ME2 game case cover? Didn't get the Cerberus Network card either.
