The two newest bits of DLC - Farcliffs of Kirkwall and Lothering's Lament - appear on my list for the PS3 rather than XBox 360. Also, I don't see the Penny Arcade belt listed at all on my list even though I subscribed to the newsletter.
1st day DLC listed for wrong platform. Also, no PA belt DLC listed

That's strange, since all the DLC (Staff, Belt, 2 Books) appears against all the formats for me. The only one that's supposed to be format dependent is Hayder's Razor (that will only be listed against formats where you have beaten the demo - XBox360 only for me).

I believe you have to contact EA support and merge the two EA Accounts.
