I have noticed that some of the members in the forums here have the ability to place their own photos or images within their profiles where I cannot. I also see that some can even use their own photo for their icon image (user protraits) in the forums. Is their some special thing one has to do to get this, do these members pay for it, etc? I would really like to have this ability.
