I have not been able to get the Witch Hunt trophies to appear in my trophy case.  I have gone through the steps to earn them, but I they don't even show up as collectable trophies.  For further explanation, when I select Dragon Age from the PS3 Trophies menu, the trophies for all the DLC are there, even the ones I have yet to download, with the exception of the Witch Hunt trophies.

I do have the most recent patch, 1.06, but I downloaded it after I had already begun playing witch hunt.   Syncing with the Trophy Server does not help, as it does not cause the Witch Hunt trophies to appear either.  Any help would be vastly appreciated.

Update: the trophies are visible now from the PS3 menu but I am unable to unlock them in-game. I've twice collected all the Cadash Thaig notes, I've defeated the Varterral on hard twice (checked difficulty settings both before and after the fights), completed the scrying ritual twice and beaten the Witch Hunt DLC a number of times.

I'm using an imported character from DAO post game through DAA and the GoA DLC, if that matters. Do I need to start fresh with a new character to unlock these last few trophies, or am I going to have to live with 95% completion?

Further update: I have completed the trophy requirements both logged in to PSN and not logged in to PSN and still no trophies.
