I ordered ME2 over steam and entered my Cerberus key, but I don't seem to have the DLC associated with it. I have only one account with EA.
I can provide the e-mail and Cerb key to tech support if that is needed.

Nevermind. I found the page. Odd that I could only get the cerberus DLC page AFTER I purchased an optional DLC.
Oops, this is a mistake. I bought points to get overlord, shadow broker and Kasumi and you guys automatically charged me 1200 points for the cerberus content. The art of deceptive advertising was well executed.
