The Warden's voice is bad... just a few lines here and there. I think they would have been better off not having those!
But anyway, I think I have to go with Male Hawke - there's nothing wrong with the female's voice but the male delivers some lines just perfectly!

I never wanted to hear Vaughn again. Gotta go with FemHawke... or the Warden. Not talking at all much better than Vaughn.

THE WARDEN. A few lines recited by different voice actors to ultimately suit your "inner voice".
HAWKE didn't interest me in either gender, unlike SHEPARD, and made it a chore to sit through many conversations.

Warden. Loved picking a warden voice, but the dwarves stole the show.
And all with no paraphrasing.

I always liked the male Hawke voice.
Sure it didn't feel like your own character but I really liked Hawke's personality and how we could sort of shape his opinions and control him and stuff.
EDIT: The Warden's voice was also good but it kind of depends on what one you chose and whether you ended up thinking it fitted your character...
I liked my Warden's voice though, it fitted my character well.

I liked the Warden's voice the best, even though there obviously was less of it. There was more than it was given credit for, there really were a TON of little things she'd say, just no long sentences in cutscenes. If Lady Hawke had been voiced by somebody really good like Jennifer Hale or Liara then I'd have changed my answer, but as it is, I go with the Warden

Warden.
I didn't think femhawke or malehawke were very well done/appropriate however that's just my opinion. Funny how a character who doesn't technically "talk" has the best voice.

Male Hawke. Nick Boulton did a fantastic job.

Love it! Along with "I see we've stopped to admire the sunshine and smell the flowers" or something like that.
Still Lady Hawke does a great job of endearing herself to me with that look and that voice so she wins. Morrigan is still the best of the women in the DA universe IMO.

Female Hawke, Jo Wyatt. She simply did an astounding job as a Sarcastic character, and thus making the Champion one of my favorite protagonists in a BioWare game.

Male Hawke. Boulton did an amazing job there, imo.

Her sarcastic responces were suberb wernt they  I played her mostly as the good guy and I loved her voice acting.
Bioware did really well in writing dialogue in DA2 and there are some great moments where both VA really shine

I like the Warden's voice
Before choosing a phrase I like to read it myself

Female Hawke
I tried all sorts of responses and her sarcastic response was amazing. The other responses were all good but i can't avoid being sarcastic! Not with that voice

Warden. HM "cocky" was my favorite followed by HM "Violent"

Warden. Male Hawke was decent too, but nothing beats the Warden.

Sarcastic FemHawke is the best. I have a hard time playing the game as a goody goody or a jerk because I just want to listen to her sarcastic and funny lines. : )

I think both FemHawke and MaleHawke voices are too flat. The jokes sound artificially funny. They lack emotion. I rather have the Warden (although I like a voiced PC) than those. Like Jane, I prefer the full phrases instead of the paraphrases in the dialogue selection, though.

Sometimes I feel like I am in the minority, I thought the voice acting by both female and male Hawke were great. Voice acting, in general, is one of Bioware's strong points. And I am glad of it!
My personal fave though, was a shock to me. Male Hawke (when done angry/snarky anyway. I don't do diplomatic Hawke as a majority, because it just seems meh. I use it as the nice way to get out of a situation he doesn't want to be a big idiot.) Saying I like male Hawke better is actually a pretty big compliment from me because when given a choice, I usually end up being more comfortable in the female skin, being a girl in RL. Not so this time though, I liked Male Hawke best.
The voice added a lot, imho, to my portrayal of a snarky, irritable yet good hearted male mage with a short fuse and a quick wit.
I don't mind *good* paraphrases either though, prefer it to a big wall of text in a game. I don't mind the surprise as long as the intent remained the same. (or perhaps an option to click a button to expand text for clarity?)
