I swear I'm almost done with this hak... and then with bothering you guys. Seems I missed the bottom half of this thigh part, and since I went though over 9000 haks I have no idea now where to go for the missing shin bits. Anyone know?

It might not even have shins, but it seems like it would. I can send the thighs over in any case if you want to use them.

More interested in where they came from. I've something similar. Making a shin to match wouldn't be too hard I don't think.

Total guess here, but that might be from 'A Ready to Wear Nude Pack' by Jon Koca. Kinda looks like part of the Joker's outfit.

sure looks like the one. Just a brief look with nwn explorer before that silly whole reality thing drags me off.Leg 17 matches with shin 18, matching foot as well, but it doesn't look so good.

I don't think there is a bottom to it. That other striped bottom is fishnet and goes to the other leg top.
