When creating a new project, the "Long Project Description" is not used anywhere, instead the "Project Description" is used everywhere. I suppose the  "Long Project Description" goes under the "Project Details" tab. If the user use "Edit Project" and update the "Long Project Description" field, than it is displayed correctly.
