I played for 10 hours with about 15 crashes. I had to unplug the power every time it happened. I had only one crash before I downloaded the new patch but I stayed with the new patch because I didn't want my save corrupted. I kept playing crash after crash and than the game crashed while I was exploring a merc base. I restared the game and it froze during 'checking downlodable content' on the main menu. I restared the game, only two menu options, New Game and Options. I yelled F$&K! and pressed the XMB button to quit game and guess what? It crashed there too. How many crash in 10 minutes? This is an abomination! I bought many Bioware games and loved them but I'm staring to hate because this is ridiculous!

That is ridiculous. It's also more than just standard freeze glitches. Either your system is causing problems or you've got a defective copy. Not many others have had that many freezes so soon.

I also suffered this situation but my problem is when I try to hack doors or computers, the game freeze and needs to restart it, in one mission when to finish it I need to hack a computer I try a lot of time to hack it but doesn't work and destroy all my save games:crying:and I also have the patch installed, checking in the forums I read that a lot of users reports this issue with fat PS3 version and I have one. What version do you have?

woha you got it really bad. why not try some maintenance to your console, you know compressed air, cleaning cds, better placement?, the game is pretty damn unstable and glitchy but i dont think its THAT unstable.

I think that the problem is with the old PS3 models(fat), I will try to use this copy in a slim PS3... I will let you know....
