Thank you Ailith! I've been trying to recreate it from the first screen shots and have been failing spectacularly!
You're very welcome.

What do you mean? As far as I know you just drag one folder into another. There shouldn't be anything that could complicate things for you:huh:

Huh, I didn't get a folder or a gfx file... I obviously am doing something wrong. Will work on it some more.

The download is just an archive with a folder named "packages" inside. You just extract that folder into your "My Documents/BioWare/Dragon Age II Demo" folder. Start the demo, and it should be working.

But the particular beardstyle I always go with if I had the option is the circle beard as I mentioned before.
But in DA Origins it looks horrible and I was expecting abit more realistic because Hawke's LENGTH was much better.
Now I did a quick character and this is the beard I want but it is way too exagerated which makes my character looks horrible and I dont fancy shaved or even a stubble postimage.org/gallery/27x3aujew/eae912bf/
Now compare that to this one i45.photobucket.com/albums/f60/JFKay18/DragonAge2Demo2011-02-1922-17-03-92.png
Look how Hawke's shape is much shorter, less puffy, just refined and in good shape.
I want that style but yet the guys behind the design choices doesn't seem to understand that at all.
Why make "all" the beards so exagerated so when someone wants to make a a male character in mid 25 age and want a beard it is impossible to do so without making them look like a viking or a young Gandalf or whatever.
Even Mike Laidlaw has a short refined beard for god sakes LOL.
Is this "mod" designs, what is going to be in the final game or is this just random mod for PC for fun?
I will be dissapointed in the design team if it is.
The rest is great IMO.

I had some trouble figuring out where to stick the files, too. What worked for me was making sure the .gfx files were in My Documents\\BioWare\\Dragon Age 2 Demo\\packages\\core\\overridenamedforthemoon wrote...
Does it make a difference if there are different user profiles on my computer? I have the gfx files now, and I'm sure they're going in the correct place...But it's still not working when I open up the demo and start a new game. I get past the exaggerated part and the cc is still locked, along with the inventory.
Wait, checking something...
