Hmm, even on very hard it was pretty easy, but maybe that is because AoE spells still don't hurt my party (demo problem I take) and I found a ridiculously strong longsword on the body of hayder's messenger.

If the aoe spells didn't hurt your team, then yes, the demo reset the difficulty..

I really enjoyed playing with CC and I love their face expressions (second picture [smilie]../../../images/forum/emoticons/lol.png[/smilie]) during fights... Much better than emotionless Wardens!

Even with the smallest setting for jawline width, my FemHawke's jaw and chin areas look so large in the game and on the character screen. In fact, it doesn't look much like the character I created on the character screen at all.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Which preset are you using to start with? I would suggest the very last preset (number 9 I think on the slider), it's a nice face structure.

My demo is installed at E:Dragon Age 2 Demo, so i copied the folder so I have E:Dragon Age 2 Demopackages, but I don't get the CC, it always uses default Hawke.
What am I missing?

Stupid me, I was expecting the game to start with the CC, like in DAO. Didn't know it appears after a few minutes of gaming.
Does this mean I need to replay the 1st few minutes every time I want to try a different look?

That or wait until you have access to the Mirror Of Transformation, at which point you can remodel to your heart's content.

The demo is an older build of the game. The devs have already warned us that not everything was fixed in the demo which is why they locked access to CC, inventory etc. The final release next week should have these errors corrected.

My problem is that in Origins, the game always seems to think I either sacrificed Isolde or killed Connor. 

I've never done that. I always go to the Circle Tower and drag Irving back to do the ritual.

Similar problem with the epilogue slides: if I choose the Bann of the Alienage boon, the slides give me the default city elf/Alistair king ending.

So I'm wondering what is actually going to be exported.

I am trying the first preset, aside from the two default Hawkes. I only reason I wouldn't try the last one is because I prefer the default family.

I dont get it, once im done creating my face in the CC, editing the portrait, putting my name, then selecting nightmare, my game crashes, is anyone else having this problem, where the game crashes after you're done creating the character's face?

Yes, I agree. Definitely my favorite thread of the last couple of weeks.
My comp wasn't infected, so it was probably just a false alarm. I hope they'll reopen it soon.

Yeah I ran a full system scan right after Chris' post and didn't find anything either. Most likely a false alarm.

This is Nico, my archer-rogue, who ended up looking like a combination of Cailan/Zevran, maybe a dash of Riordan? Maker help us all.

I really hope there's some way to control what Bethany/Carver/Mama you get other than the presets, because I adore the original designs which pretty much means I'm never going to touch some of the presets if that remains the case. And some of those presets have features that I want to toggle(but alt family members look scary). ;-;
