For some reason, my party's AI is no longer working, and they are not in Puppet Mode. They will not join combat, even with an enemy a foot away from them; they will not even follow me when I'm walking! I have to manually select all of them (dragging a box around them in strategic mode or shift-clicking each one in exploration mode) if I want anyone to do anything other than stand around staring into the distance.

I'm using the Companion and Monster AI Hak I got from the NWN2 Vault, but I installed that over a month ago, and the AI problems just started the other day. I can't think of a single thing I've done that could have changed their AI.

1.23 is the current version, time to update I think.
