I've played the demo several times now, and each time it says:  thank you for completing the demo!  I even have an email thanking me lol.  I was logged in to PSN and EA Network each time.  However, I still don't have Hayder's Razor on my Entitlement Page.  Is there something I'm not doing?

It wasn't instantaneous for me. Took a couple of hours.

uncheck the "always keep me loged in" in the acount menu did the trick for me

Yes, this will also not work for me. Couldn't get the staff or belt to work as well. Any help?

Same here. I completed the demo several days ago, and it's still not on my list. I really don't want to have to play through the demo again, especially if there's no guarantee it will work the second time either.

I was pretty sure I was logged in...I didn't get anything thanking me for playing the game, it just took me back to the start menu.

Just played thru while logged in... no message, no email, but Hayders Razor is now listed on my profile here on the forums.
Showed up almost instantly.
Try again, seems to be the only way.
ps. this is the first time it worked for me after 3 other attempts.

I guess i should see if i get the razor then... so it's told in mail?
Hmmm.
Oh, where could i list on the profile?

Under registered game promotions, one of the DA2 ones is the razor... does that mean i can download it once i register DA2?

I see that several of you have finished the demo. I tried a bunch of times, but I can't get past the clearing with the huge ogre and a dozen or so hurlocks. I've tried different tactics but my party always gets wiped out. What's the secret?

Yeah that ogre can be tough.  You might try a rogue and have Aveline tank, just be sure to watch her health, or if you are a mage, then spec for healing and just keep her healed and let her do the fighting for the most part.

Just have the mage in the group spec healing and you can have her solo it. *Seriously I soloed with her on the modded nightmare difficulty*


You can have her kite around and heal.

What party have you got?
MY first time it was hard as i was playing the mage... both fighters died just as the ogre fell... all i did to beat the rest was use stun and heal spells whilst running in circles away from them and firing.

Second time i played a rogue... it was much easier as i had the mage and the templar and i had good powers.

I've played it through 3 times while logged on. Twice a few days ago and once today. Still no razor.

I had played it earlier today (fighter) and got everything except the razor. I just played through as fighter and got the razor. The other thing I did differently is at the end watch all of the ads and then explicitely log out before quiting.

Hello BioWare or EA support? Do you read your forums. This is utterly ridiculous. I first have to question the validity of this type of "incentive" for playing the demo WHEN I WOULD MUCH RATHER JUST PLAY THE BLEEPING GAME I HAVE SITTING HERE.

I played the demo. I have no Razor. I was logged in while playing the demo. I did not know I had to come to this freaking web site and look under "registered game promotions" to find a piece of loot in the game. How does that make sense?

I really don't want to play through the demo again, you know why? BECAUSE I AM PLAYING THE FULL GAME.

Nice way to punish your fans. I expect nothing less from EA to be honest.

Did everyone look in the menu under the avatar, go to "Profile - Your registered game promotions"

At the top you should see a list of DA2 stuff... including that for consoles.

And at the top i see

When you logged into the demo just before playing... did you check to see if you were logged in after the little trailer thing at the end?

PS: How do you get that staff again?

You have to go to the main bioware site and subscribe to the newsletter with your email adress and pass...it should then appear in your resgistered game promotions note: register it 3 times with the email adress to get it on ps3, pc/mac and Xbox 360...that's what I did anyhow, because I wasn't certain if I had it til' I checked...thought it was a code sent in an email, but it wasn't.
