I haven't been able to start my Rogue yet so this may be a dumb question. Does Energizing Speed reduce cooldown time by 90% or 10%? If it's 90% wouldn't that mean you could basically spam Pinpoint Strikes for near 100% crit chance?

I do want a little more info on the new Rogues. In Dragon Age: Origins, I was a rogue. I thought I'd end up regretting it and thought about starting over with warrior, but I definitely did not! I specced my Strength up enough to wear Massive Armour, specifically Warden Commander Armour from the DLC and the dual wielding longswords was epic! I used Starfang and Maric's Blade and the Honnleath helmet, yes, by the end of the game I was specced in DLC. But BioWare usually does good at making DLC fair rather than making you uber powerful. Usually the stuff you get from DLC is really good, just not the best, which in my opinion, is the way it should be.
So I want to know, will you be able to dual wield longswords in this or how will it work out? Though I am still going to play as a warrior the first time through just because the combat seems fun in this. : D

Although I like the new rogue combat style, I have to say I'm really disappointed with the lack of a stealth mode. A 10-15 second combat move does not count.
I've loved playing a stealthy rogue/thief from Quest for Glory 1 through to Dragon Age: Origins. To me that was one of the three basic character archtypes and my favourite. I use stealth to scout out areas, avoid combat with wildlife (or Mabari War Hounds), or to steal something right out from under someone's nose (great feeling, that). I hate being surprised by combat and now that will be pretty much inevitable. To me this has really taken one of the core qualities out of being a rogue. What a disappointment.
It's a shame that their skills seem to be all centred around combat now, with the sole exception of lock-picking. At least they didn't get rid of that.
