I'd like to see what the specs actually are though, someone's goofed up.

Imagine, backstabbing someone with a poison tipped arrow.
OH YEAH.

These aren't goofed. What you see is a natural consequence of taking the concept of distinct classes to 11.HyperLimited wrote...

The talents description of Hail of Arrows - "fires an entire quiver" - seems poinltess if a quiver isn't some finite set. DAO had equippable magic arrows.

Merc #1-"OWW! That guy just threw his quiver at me!"
Merc #2-"LOLOLOLOLOLOL"
Merc #3-"What in the hell does lololololol mean anyway?"
Merc #1-"Don't ask. Probably as senseless as hitting someone with a GODDAMN QUIVER!"

No, there aren't. Bows have runes slots though.Sylvius the Mad wrote...
Are there arrows in DA2? I mean, are there equippable arrows?

If i recall right the dev answers thread, no -- the damage type is now associated with the bow itself, its possible enchantments and active mage spells.Sylvius the Mad wrote...

The description is simple flavour text. Not unlike the quivers which the character models carry.

I guess I'll add equippable arrows to the list of things I will continue to request for future games.tmp7704 wrote...

everytime i am a warrior or a mage its just to annoying for me to use them there abilities arent usually very ... cool i guess. i do enjoy switching over and controlling the mage after theyve been leveled a bit tho so i can do healing and crowd controll but other than that, rouge all day for me

Didn't care much for the flashy nightcrawler DA2 rogue. But I loved the Archer. Looking forward to that as my second play through.
