About a month ago I paid £4.33 for some BioWare points to get some of the DLC for Mass Effect 2 (a game I have thoroughly enjoyed). I used PayPal to pay for them.  There was some problem with the URL that PayPal used to redirect back to the BioWare site and I got forwarded into hyperspace.

Now I can see the points in "my account" on BioWare but they are marked as Pending and I can't use them (see linked screenshot below).  I've tried contacting EA, I've tried contacting PayPal but have got nowhere in over a month of emails.

The money has been debited from my PayPal account and PayPal refuse to refund it. 

Does anyone please know how I can get these points properly credited to my account?
