Well, exluding Bioware LIs I'd have to say...Double H from BG&E. He may not have been the sexiest character I'd ever seen, but he had character and he still makes me crack a smile quoting Carlson & Peters. I hope he comes back in BG&E2.

Jacob Taylor- Mass Effect 2 (favorite male LI option, better looking than Kaidan but sucky romance)
Bishop- NWN 2 (technically he's not a romance option...but I do find him attractive)

Kilik- Soul Calibur (had the hots for him when I was younger and Soul Calibur came out)

Lets see.. Well, Liara and Tali always manage to make me go 'd'awww'. Quite frequently, in fact. BioWare often does a good job at creating those 'd'awww' moments.
Other than that though... Outside of BioWare games I can't really think of any that quickly. Wonder what that says about me...

If your going down that line of thinking then anyone from a fantasy game probably stinks to the high heavens. I get the impression Morrigan would be especially stinky being that shes a swamp witch with limited social skills.
