I honestly can't think of any outside BioWare games... Tali, Liara... I guess I can safely add Merrill now to that list as well. I'd say that is more or less it. I am quite fond of Morrigan too, though not nearly as much. 

Must be something about BioWare games... Subliminal messages perhaps.
