I thought I was considerate enough when I got a copy of DAO for my Mac so I would stop hogging the console and TV, but now my spouse knows DA 2 is coming out soon and my laptop maybe confiscated if I feed my addiction too much. By the way, he refuses to play it and has dubbed it "a woman's game" because there is too much dialogue in his opinion. (The nerve lol

Well I'm just curious to know if anyone else's spouse has threatened to disable their computers when DA 2 comes out.

If your spouse is trying to take control of your life, that's out of order if you ask me. Tell him you'll do what you damn well like, as its your right.

Yell out 'OH ZEVRAN' in bed. That'll show him.
Or tell him to mind his own dang computer and leave yours alone.

I know what you mean! My husband doesn't play video games at all, but we use my Xbox for Netflix, which is all we watch (no cable), so he is going to be a very unhappy camper when DA2 comes out. Plus he keeps nagging me not to let my grades slip because of it.

I'm so lucky that the missus is a gamer too. She has her own console, so when DA2 comes out we're both going to be very busy.

I feel for you.....My gf limits my time on games. I am a self employed carpenter. I have to do all my invoices on the computer. When DA 2 comes out.....I'll have a REALLY big invoice to do. ;-)

AHahahahahhahaha, I am sorry.. aHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHA. hah hah hah, ok I am done.
It's ok, a good relationship is build on communication & understanding, he should let you play the game instead of hiding your laptop behide his stacks of DVDs, if he doesn't understand talk to each other about it...

If you take out all your pent up sexual frustration on your dh, he should happily buy you your next Bioware game. My man quite enjoys the side effects of my gaming addiction.
