You know, all it takes is mashing the quicksave or pause button, getting up out of the chair that's deforming to the shape of your behind, kissing your SO when he/she walks in the front door and asking how their day was etc...a little bit of appreciation that says "you're more important to me than this video game" and 9 times out of 10 they'll be more than happy to let you keep on slaying dragons and saving the world.
Just sayin.
sure lol..in theory. but id like to see you try that in the middle of a boss fight you've been wiping for over 1 hr

Done it plenty of times, If I'm wiping on a boss for an hour, which actually never happens to me because video games are ****tarded easy these days and boss fight mechanics when they even exist beyond "flip it over and hit the weak spot for massive damage" are telegraphed well in advance with all the subtlety of a Las Vegas billboard--you know what, I am getting derailed here. If I were butting my head against a wall for that long I'd take a break and rethink my approach, rather than continue to fail.F4d3s wrote...

My response, "Okay." He looked at me blankly for several seconds and then left the room, disappointed that he hadn't gotten a reaction. As much as he played Origins, he'd be irritated if I actually followed that order.:innocent:

Last week my husband was in a weird mood and told me, "I've looked at the characters on the Dragon Age website, so obviously I know about it. I don't like them; therefore I forbid you to get this game."

I wonder what would happened if you cover your face and pretend crying, at the same time muttering something like "but I WANT Fernis!"
