My complaint was that EA store was charging more for the same product, at least for brazilian users. A moderator claimed that I was trying to compare different currencies, so I tried to prove him that I was correct and sent this image:

Even after posting the second image, he said:
Hey, dearlyblvd, i'd appreciate it if you didn't spam this thread withy our tech issue, which we have already talked about in PM. i'd also encourage you to look more closely at the currencies you are comparing.
I felt that the whole situation was handed very badly by both supports and decided to move on. For my surprise, while I was checking my gmail's spam box, I found an email sent by EA one month ago. They were offering me a R$25 discount coupon as a birthday gift and I decided to purchase the BW points on EA Store using it, paying even less than if I had bought on BW store.
With the release of Dragon Age 2 on next week, I decided to purchase all the DLCs of Dragon Age "1" that I missed. I went to BW Store and saw that they decided to add the R$ symbol, probably to avoid confusion:

I tried to buy 1600 BW points with my debit card, but I got the same error from one month ago. Eventually I went to EA Store and for my surprise, I saw the following prices:

As you can see, they decided to lower the prices, but still they are a bit more expensive than BW's, which doesn't make much sense.
So my suggestion for the support is to make the price for both sites the same, avoiding unsatifaction from your customers. If possible, I would like to know why the Dragon Age Ultimate Edition is available on EA Store for brazilian users, but isn't available on Steam:

R$99,90 = U$60

Thanks for the attention.
