Now I'm so excited I would sell my computer just to play it.

Very excited. I've been following the game for ages but my excitement for DA2 has skyrocketed since the mega-spoiler thread.
That thread made it about 10x harder for me to wait for next week.

Sounds very interesting.
Otherwise the battle appears to me very well. It is an rpg, so do not expect the speed of a call of duty either. Fighting is strictly secondary, if there is a lot of freedom, choice and opportunity in the game.
At the same time as a player console, I'm glad that Bioware has decided to accelerate the fighting. He merely had to remove the cartoon animations, deliver realistic graphics and just down a little bit of speed (because we had not the time to appreciate and get into the character's skin, especially if he jumps around.) and it's perfect.
But for a first is not bad at all, and we can already see the potential if they perfect it.

When I heard some of the changes i was wary
More changes and i thought oh great lets go with the ME2 model
Now that the demo is out and the game is gold, my excitement is all gone
Ill rent DA2 or borrow it from a friend in hopes of getting a DA3 that is more of an RPG and then I wont have lost the storyline

I don't have extra money for that kind of stuff. It may sound like a petty amount to you guys, but I live on a very limited budget, the game was my only gift for xmas if that says anything. So I still haven't played the extra content for the FIRST game. I'm waiting to see if the ultimate edition gets cheaper after release of THIS one.
I'm really disappointed to see them nickel and dime people like me. 60 bucks is not easy for everyone to get to begin with, but to ultimately charge another 50 or so to fully flesh out the game, when you could have just added that content to begin with...*shrug*
Anyway, I'll be doing the same thing I've done for the past two years- live vicariously through the forums until everything is bundled and cheaper, because that's what I can afford. Still excited, still happy it's finally coming out

I got Dragon Age for Xmas the year it came out and I loved the game. A few weeks later I found out about the downloadable content, through playing the game. 7 dollars here, 7 dollars there...

Trust me, you haven't missed out on anything. The downloadable content is merely side ons, doesn't flesh out the game at all.
It's purely extra content for those who can afford it.

Some time back, I asked if you were excited for DA2. Fast forward later and are you still excited and do you think DA2 has been improved for the better? I personally think DA2 will be pretty good and that the changes made are good but at the same time, another Origins game wouldn't have been bad either.
I lost all my excitement upon figuring out that the game has about half as much spoken dialogue as origins despite having a voiced PC, half as many characters, and twice as many cinematics.
I'm guessing this game will just be another thing to tide me over until Skyrim, TW2, or Diablo 3 comes out.

So yes, I am very excited. It will be a true test of will power to have that game in my store before the street-date and NOT grab one and then run laughing into the night to play.
