Can I pre-order a Mac copy and still get the Staff of Parthalan?

I would like to purchase the mac version of the game. My question is, can I still get the Staff of Parthalan for the Mac game by using a redeem code or is that for the X-Box, PS3 and PC only?

You can, the PC download is the same for MAC.
For example, I see this:
PC/MAC --- DOWNLOAD.
For example, I see this:

I believe that the MAC version is ported differently. I saw that win/mac stamp on the cover of the game as well so I am confused.
