Hi all - I'm trying to initiate this quest:

Per the walkthrough, I am looking at Option 4, as to make as much Gold as possible from this.

I'm a Level 20 Rogue, now at 68 Cunning (w/ gear bonuses) and all Tiers of both Coercion and Stealing. I checked my inventory out to make sure that nothing was highlighted yellow (as in "new to your inv") and what my inv count was at. I then saved. I zone into Dust Town, throw on Stealth, and run up on Rogek to Steal. I then check my inv to see if the count has increased, or if I can find the new yellow item. So far, I've just gotten a Health Potion in my attempts, but I'm persistent and want to steal it from him, so I shall keep trying.

Now, when I do successfully steal it, what will appear in my inventory? Smuggled Lyrium Potion (in Plot?) Or just Lyrium Potion (I already have three on me). And, will I need to speak with him, or can I just proceed straight to the Circle Tower thereafter? Will there be a quest flagged if I successfully steal the smuggled stuff?  I keep trying this and am just getting junk, making me feel like there's something I'm missing or not doing correctly.  Or do I really just load, zone in, stealth/steal, check inv, repeat if it's not there?  And how do I know what will actually be there?

20g if you steal prior to any conversation. not guarenteed. if you press him or his associate for max you lose out. buy @ 40g, sell @ 65, persuade another 8, return for persuade 20g, fight has low drop rate of 20g

I see that outlined in Option 3. However, Option 4 describes stealing the Lyrium from Rogek outright, without any need at all for paying him...
