Did some more on my Selene Hawke. She went after the perv who goes after elven children. This one really did want to help Kelder but she saw he was just too far gone and gave him what he wanted.  Although Fenris has a much cooler end for him than the murderknife, if you do it yourself, you get 15 approval from Isabela (as opposed to 10 for letting Fen do it) and an additional 5 from Aveline.



Gonna finish up the other stuff in Act 1 and maybe do Legacy with Carver pre-warden. Just to see what lines he has different (like Bethany). It may change his fate but since this is a King Cousland import (IE Alistair is a Grey Warden) I always like encountering the sibling with Alistair in his cameo!

@sylvanaerie... Selene is looking nice. The short white hair fits well with the makeup, tattoo, and armor. She wanted to help him? I can never seperate my personal feelings from Hawk on that one. Roleplay failure i guess.

Yea, depending on the character I get a different 'feel' for each run.  Gawain was absolutely livid that such a man was walking about and had been committing such crimes for years with his father's complicity.  He wielded the murderknife with actual zeal.  Selene is a bit nicer person, though not as pacifistic as Lily was.  She saw he was sick and needed help, but it's not like they have therapists in Kirkwall.  She'd promised Lia she wouldn't hurt him if Kelder didn't fight back, but he begged her to kill him, so Selene obliged.

I try to make each run unique, it helps my Hawke's 'come alive' for me, and helps me finish the game.

Thanks, I was very pleased with how he turned out.  His name means "White Hawk of Battle" which was rather appropriate I think

He was a grumpy, aggressive warrior Hawke who always had a bit of a rough edge around him.  Isabela approved anyway, though he ended the game with Merrill!

@Alex. I like your Anders morph. That's the second one I've seen that i like (I use LapisLazuli's that comes with her Anders outfit morph). He's so offputting to me in vanilla with that greasy looking hair and overdone scruff and pointy chin he looks too much like a weasel--the actual animal, not the insult for humans--to me.  Most of the morphs on nexus made him look too "pretty boy" and I found them as offputting as his default looks. His was the first face I modded in the game, and kept swapping it around till I found LL's mod, finally happy with him.

My game's Anders.  His face has just enough character to make him appealing to me, (scar, freckles) and a more pleasing shape to it, so it doesn't hurt as much to look at him.  Still don't like his personality though

Nice Hawke's Babi. Drusilla reminds me a little of Juliet Landau's character from Buffy, of the same name. Was that your inspiration?

Played a little more Selene today and found out Sebastian's Act 2 quest is bugged (freezes up right before the final confrontation with the demon, though esc works to continue the game). Apparently his Act 3 quest is completely unplayable now, though I haven't gotten far enough to test that yet.  Looking on the game issues board, I see I am not alone in this. Weird part was it worked just fine until now for me, as I've had it since the game was released. Anyway, got this, my favorite moment in DA2 captured on screen cap.



Isabela is hilarious during this scene and the wtf look on Merrill's face makes me giggle every time.

I love Drusilla's character on Buffy/Angel, the name was indeed actually inspired by her and by Emperor Caligula's Sister.
The face was just a bonus, i was playing around with the CC and voilá.

Love your character btw, looks great.

Thanks, Babi and welcome to the thread (I forgot to add earlier).  I can only plead that it was still early and I wasn't completely awake at that time.

And I forgot, I did Legacy in Act 1, but Bethany's dialogues in there were much better and more interesting, foreshadowing for her possible Grey Warden fate in the Deep Roads. In this instance, Carver as a Grey Warden is much better in Legacy than Act 1 Carver.



For this trip, I took Anders, Varric and Carver. They have the most dialogue/interaction in cutscenes during the DLC.

Very pretty, Verly. I love Vivian especially (the freckles are an adorable touch to her face!). Though I enjoy game play as a mage best, my favorite (canon) Hawke was also a rogue.

Well, the malaise caused by the broken Sebastian DLC, and the pure exhaustion helping my recent graduate job finding, has kind of crimped my desire to play DA2 again, but I did manage to get a couple quests in this evening.

First, trying to track down Gascard DuPuis and help Emeric.  



And helping Hubert with some shipment problems. 



And I destroyed Taronhe's last book.  But no pics of that.

Doing the Fenris rivalmance this run ...but unsure if I feel Selene will wait the 3 years for him to make up his mind.  His was one of the first quests I did this chapter, figuring I'd either lock it in quickly or give myself time to alter my game play to another LI.  I haven't spoken to Isabela at all in this Act (to trigger or not hers as well as Merrill's).  That too has done a lot to keep me from playing as I've been having a hard time making up my mind.

Wow, i really like Xena, the tattoos and hair and make up.  Really gorgeous LadyHawke.  Svetlana is really sweet, with the freckles and that slight smile.  Looks like a 'girl next door' kind of Hawke.  Rowan's eyes are striking.  I love the color and the way they stand out in the picture!  Very nice Hawkes!
