Randers did pretty good job with his hawke though I'll post sliders since you requested 8D!
My hawke seems more aggresive than that of Randers's.
I didn't use the default beard because it is made only for default hawke face model thus not really fitting to custom hawke. 

This is one awesome Hawke Hellosanta! But I can't seem to find this hairstyle on the slider  Does anyone know how to get it?

I tried to keep her coloring matching default Hawke's so it looked like Varric's exaggerated version was still based on the same person, he just made her look harder and edgier. I gave her Leandra's hairstyle in ACT III to make it seem like as she gets older she starts to look more like her mother.

PS: I love the Robes of the Notorious Pirate. Best outfit ever.

It's the Robe of the Notorious Pirate, found in Act II

Yes, she's a mage, and she's wearing the Robe of the Notorious Pirate. You get it for taking out a bunch of criminals in the Wounded Coast during Act II (the quest starts when you go there). It involves the city guard so you may have to take Aveline for it to pop up, I'm not sure (I had her with me). I love it, it's my favorite outfit in the game.
