Have you ever made any decisions, in any of your playthroughs, that you regretted making or later questioned if you had made the right choice? Share your regrettable decisions here. Here are mine.
-Not noticing the paragon icon flashing when the woman who's daughter was murdered was crying, so I didn't press it.
-Getting the Paramour achievement with Ashley in the first game, because then I felt like I was cheating on Tali when I romanced her in the second game
Decisions you regret?

Right at the end: choosing Zaeed to lead the other team. He died. Even though he was loyal, like everyone else, and I had everything upgraded, he died.
Seriosuly I love him so much I restarted the mission so he wouldn't die xD

Killing wrex without having the option too decide if he lives or dies *cough* ps3 version.

Getting Wrex, Zaeed and Legion killed.
Letting Vido escape.
Letting the council die.
But there's no way I'm restarting. Living with the decisions is a huge part of the fun for me.

I probably reloaded my save on the Heretic Station four or five times before I could decide what to do.
And I am very sad that garrus died on the SM in one of my playthroughs, but i'm sticking with it because it adds to my shep's character.

Good one. I didn't shoot her either first time and next time I made sure I did! Was sooo satisifying. After that, though, I went back to not shooting her because because a) my shepards just wouldn't shoot down someone that seemed so pathetic and
My regret is probably odd. My first couple ME1 playthroughs I turned Helena Blake away from crime But the scene on Omega never seemed right. Not only was it too easy but Helena seemed wrong. Now I always leave Helena a crime boss.

Not upgrading the Normandy shield. Leigon paid for my mistake.
Poor, poor Legion...I would've gladly traded Miranda for you. That bi deserves to die for the way she treated Joker near the endgame.

None. I never even went back to cahnge anything. I am that good at saving the galaxy. Plus, if you go back and change stuff to make a perfect save because a dicision came to bite you in the ass, you don't know how to play Mass eEffect. Shame on you.

I had played a number of RPG's where it didn't matter if you cleaned up some missions before going onto the endgame. So I did that in ME2 after the crew was abducted. So I regret that my favorite character inadvertantly killed her crew.

I regret the whole first time I played SM... almost none a single tactical decision done well, except the ship's upgrades...

Zaeed and Mordin died in my 1st playthrough. Was proplerly gutted, although Zaeed's death fitted very well. Jack died too but she was a bit mean to me so I didn't care.
Also, not blowing up the base.

Letting the Council die so the Alliance fleet can focus on Sovereign. Man, I hated how many aliens now hate me.
Giving the base to Cerberus. TIM's face at the end kinda gave me the impression of: I fooled you, Shepard. I used you! Now, face the bad consequences...
Recently, I regreted using the renegade interrupt in the part where a guy sees you while you are searching for Kolyat during Thane's loyalty mission. It's so much fun to see Shep saying something about a bomb in the verge of exploding than to see him punching the guy,

I regretted beating up Mouse. The renegade interrupt there was awful, and I felt like a complete jerk.
I also kind of sort of regret romancing Liara because I just went on a tirade about all the things I dislike about her, but it's just one Shep, and my opinion of characters tends to go back up when I get off the forums and play the games instead.

- Not romancing Liara as a FemShep in ME1.
- Letting Elnora live on my first ME2 playthrough.
- Saving the Collector base. I thought it was the right decision...until I talked to my crew.
That's about it.

THIS is how a game should really be played. Especially if it's an RPG

I regret killing the Rachni Queen, not doing most assignments in ME1 (including Bring Down The Sky!!), not romancing Liara in ME1, romancing Miranda in ME2.
