Not spending any time scanning planets to get the Normandy upgrade materials. ARRGGHHH!!!
Losing Garrus, Tali, and Thane (the rest I didn't care about so much)...TIME FOR A REPLAY...:-(

Basically, I regret only metagaming OOC choices and decisions. Luckily, I don't have many of them, and my pre-ME3 run should take care of them all.

Not shooting Elnora the first 2 times through ME2
Off the top of my head this is the only decision that I regret, no matter how many times I play this game I can't bring mself to kill Elnora even though very fibre of my being says she needs to die.
Somtimes it's hard taking the Paragon route.
Edit.
I just thought of somthings else, on my first couple of playthroughs I destryed Keji's Grey Box for Kasumi even though somthing telss me the info inside of it could be very important ( correct me if I 'm wrong isn't that a shot of a Reaper in one of pics from Keji's Grey Box ).

But otherwise, i don't think i regret decisions in-game. Usually i plan things in advance (this one is Rene but a few Para choices etc). The first playthroughs are what they're and i don't regret them... However, since my first ME1 playthrough was on my old GT, all my newer ME1 playthroughs have the exact decisions i wanted and i just deleted my ME2 playthroughs because i couldn't remember what i had done with each. And promptly played two more and i gotta write their decisions up while i still remember...

I must have been PMSing during Jack's LM because her whiny, oh poor me, my life was so bad just grated on my nerves, so I sided with Miranda back on the ship. Then during the SM I appointed Jack to make the biotic bubble thinking that she would be taken by the collector bugs, then took Miranda and Mordin. Boy was I surprised when the bugs lifted Mordin up and took him away. So I then decided to take Jack with me to the human reaper and I was mildly surprised when she was squashed like a bug.
I did not go back to a previous save to change my stupid decision so that run through will be imported to ME3. But I will miss seeing Mordin though

You have to do several things like disable terminals, draw the reinforcements to you,...

Your secondary objective for the Virmire mission is to support Kirahee's team by taking out some of the base's systems... if you do everything you can for them, Kirahee and the surviving members of his squad hitch a ride on the Normandy with you. You can talk to them in the hangar right after the mission.

I'd redo it, but I'm too lazy to finish all of the N7 missions again.

I guess it would only be in my "badass" file where I let the Rachni Queen live... only because I was trying to play as a generally nice guy but wanted a file where I played as a nice guy but still killed the Rachni Queen. In the end though I let her live...

I had played a number of RPG's where it didn't matter if you cleaned up some missions before going onto the endgame. So I did that in ME2 after the crew was abducted. So I regret that my favorite character inadvertantly killed her crew.
That was the same for me. I didn't think that we'd be able to continue playing after the final mission, so I checked out every system and planet before finishing it up.
And yeah, I didn't even know that Kirrahe could die until I read the forums.

The little bar on the character screen was always vague in terms of ability to Persuade/Intimidate, so I always overcompensate. Makes me choose options I'd rather have bad-assed it out with.

I'm just prior to a Virmire run for my 2nd full playthrough (in prep for ME3), going 100% different this time: Femshep/ Renegade/ Vanguard.
I find killing the Rachni Queen to be one I really struggled with, I feel it's a "wrong" decision in the big scheme of the ME story. In turn, I'll need to let the Council die too, but it's WAR, man! Once I hit ME2 w/ my Femshep, wiping out the Heretic Geth will be equally tough. Saving the Collector Base, not so much.
At this rate, if I truly play it 100% opposite of my Paragon playthrough, I won't have ANY allies when ME3 rolls out...
:sad-sad:
